TELEPHONY SYSTEMS
Depending on the application, there is a wide range of telephony systems from PABX compact (with basic functions, number predefined of lines and extensions) up to modular systems (with extended features of calls management, voicemail, automatic routing of calls to the route with lowest cost, metering calls , greeting message with menu vocal guided , etc.
There are different types of telephony systems according to the mode of voice transmissions :
- analog telephony systems
- digital telephony systems
- hybrid telephony systems
Telephony systems can be integrated with data networks (LAN / WAN) in a voice & data network with identic wiring for both types of communications, solution that offers greater flexibility and functionality to both communication systems.
